UPDATED PARALEGAL ASSIGNMENTS:
Effective January 25,2008
As you should know, all King County Chapter 13 cases have now been split between Judge Overstreet and Judge Brandt. Judge Glover will retain and continue to be assigned all cases filed in counties other than King County. Please check the Court’s website for each Judge’s upcoming motion calendar dates.
As of January 25, 2008, the paralegals updated assignments for the Chapter 13 Trustee’s office are as follows:
LIZ KEATING – All Judge Glover Bremerton cases; unconfirmed Judge Brandt cases for debtors
with last names starting with letters P through Z; and all case matters on Brandt motion calendars.
JANINE REGER – Unconfirmed Judge Brandt cases for debtors with last names
starting with letters A through O; and all unconfirmed case matters on Brandt motion calendars.
LINDA HORAN – Unconfirmed Judge Overstreet cases for debtors with
last names starting with letters A through M.
KAREN MATHER – Unconfirmed Judge Glover Everett cases for debtors with
last names starting with letters A through K; and all matters on Overstreet
motion calendars.
KATHY ANDERSON – Unconfirmed Judge Overstreet cases for debtors with last
names starting with letters N through Z.
LORI WHITE – Unconfirmed Judge Glover Everett cases for debtors with last names
starting with letters L through Z.
